Information on consent for special categories of applicant data

by KORG Germany GmbH, Ritterstraße 3, 10969 Berlin, Germany.

My application to KORG Germany GmbH contains special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR (racial and ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or ideological convictions, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the unambiguous identification of a natural person, health data as well as data on sexual life or sexual orientation).

My application may therefore only be processed in its present form with my consent.

I consent to KORG Germany GmbH to processing the special categories of personal data contained in my application and the attached documents for the purpose of carrying out the application procedure.

This consent serves exclusively to enable the application in its present form to be considered at all. The information will not be considered in the application process unless there is a legal obligation to do so, especially in the case of severely disabled persons.

I am not obliged to give this consent and can instead submit an application that has been cleared of the special categories of personal data, without this affecting my chances in the application process.

This consent is voluntary and has no effect on my chances in the current application process. I can refuse it without giving reasons and without fearing any disadvantages. I can also revoke my consent at any time. In the event of revocation, my data covered by the consent will be deleted immediately.

In the case of non-granting or revocation of consent, however, my already submitted application cannot be considered in its present form, but I am free to submit an application that has been cleared of the special categories of personal data, without this affecting my chances in the application process.
